As we come out of the lockdown, life is not the same, there is a new normal...although there are many many who are going back and picking up where they left off, there are equally as many number of people who are looking, thinking and giving themselves the opportunity that they once had just after leaving school and

the world was their oyster.

Whatever you are doing, whichever path you are going down post covid, one thing is for certain:

corona virus is here to stay for the foreseeable future

Whether there is testing or not or if a vaccine is produced today tomorrow 2 months 2 years down the future, what can each of us as individuals do to give each one of us the best odds to win against corona virus or any other virus or disease for that matter?

The answer to that is to have an absolutely fabulously fighting fit IMMUNE SYSTEM.

I can hear the GRRRRRRRIIIINDDDDING (GRINDING) of the brain already and the "its a waste of time" "whats the point?"....

There is every point because you are alive and living and want more of this thank you very much....
