Breathing for your health
PM Modi of India above is taking part in the World Yoga Day and here he has reached the breathing part of the programme, pranayama. I like Premier Modi too was in attendance at a yoga workshop and when we got to the breathing part, the yoga teacher said:
"There is nothing anyone can teach you about breathing"
That was some 30 years ago and since then, I have been to many yoga retreats, seminars, workshops and at all of these I have come across many many experts and masters of breathing and breathe techniques; 30 years on, I can most definitely say that no one has ever taught me anything about my breathe that I did not know innately, they simply reminded me to breath.
So I am simply going to say, after you have cleaned your mouth and face, sit comfortably and just breath 7 breathes in and out, in and out, in and out......
