We offer two delivery services Standard & Premium.
Standard delivery is usually delivered by Royal Mail and should arrive 4-6 working days after the order is placed. Premium delivery service is Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Service. Based on the size and value of your order, we may choose to dispatch it by a different method.

Can I return items that I do not want?
Absolutely. Whenever you buy from us you have 30 days, which starts on the day you receive your items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will email a Returns Order to send the item back to us for a full refund of the item price. You are responsible for covering all postage costs associated with the return of items. Please send it back to using a fully insured and trackable method of postage.

How long will my return take to be processed?
We promise to process your return within 30 days of receiving it. However, most of the time we process returns much quicker than this and aim to process them within 7 - 10 days.
